Screamfest Terms and Conditions

SCREAMFEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2024

• TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE
• NO ALCOHOL MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO SITE
• YOU MUST BE 16 YEARS AND ABOVE TO ENTER THIS EVENT ALONE
• ALL UNDER 16 YEARS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN OVER 21 AT ALL TIMES IN THE RATIO OF 4:1
• UNDER 21’S MUST PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC ID
• THE MANAGEMENT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY
• ONCE A DAY IS SOLD OUT, MANAGEMENT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SWAPPING OF DATES
• FOR THE PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL ON-SITE WE WILL BE RUNNING THE CHALLENGE 25 SCHEME
• AREA 52 UPGRADE MUST BE BOUGHT ALONGSIDE A STANDARD OR FAST TRACK ADMISSION TICKET
• FULL FACE MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED DUE TO IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES
• NO WEAPONRY (INCLUDING ANY IN THE FORM OF PROPS) ALLOWED ON SITE WHATSOEVER
• SCREAMFEST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CLOSE ANY ATTRACTION AT ANY GIVEN POINT FOR OPERATIONAL OR SAFETY REASONS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE. 
• SCREAMFEST ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS. ITEMS WORN OR BROUGHT ALONG IS DONE SO AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION. 

 
WARNINGS & DISCLAIMERS
SCREAMFEST reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone. You will experience intense audio & lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, damp or
wet conditions and a physically demanding environment. Groups will be split up in some attractions.
 
YOU SHOULD NOT BOOK FOR SCREAMFEST IF…

• You are pregnant; have claustrophobia, prone to seizures, heart or respiratory problems.
• You will not be admitted if you appear to be intoxicated or are wearing any form of temporary cast, medical brace or are using crutches.
• No photography or videography is allowed. No smoking, drinking or eating in the scare attractions. No running, touching props, and DO NOT touch the actors. If you violate any of these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.

 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused.
The Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved in attending SCREAMFEST
The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in SCREAMFEST.
 
In consideration and acceptance of entrance into SCREAMFEST holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending SCREAMFEST or any of the attractions at this location.
 

IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED
All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled or changed, you may be entitled to a refund. Refunds must be claimed within 7 days of your event date by contacting info@screamfest.co.uk failing to contact SCREAMFEST within 7 days will mean that your refund is no longer available to claim.
 
PHOTOGRAPHY
From time-to-time Postern Leisure LTD or SCREAMFEST or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording within The Event, which may feature visitors. Entry to The Event is deemed acceptance of these regulations and you therefore agree that Postern Leisure LTD or SCREAMFEST or any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Postern Leisure LTD or SCREAMFEST or such authorised party (as the case may be)
 Any Pictures and recording of any kind are owned by Postern Leisure LTD and SCREAMFEST.

COMPETITIONS
All SCREAMFEST competitions held on SCREAMFEST Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts require that you are deemed to have accepted the following Terms and Conditions of use. The winner must be in accordance with the regulations of SCREAMFEST and Postern Leisure LTD, a copy of which is displayed at the attraction or can be obtained online at www.adventurefarm.co.uk.
Please ensure that you agree to be bound by the regulations before redeeming your prize. SCREAMFEST will pick the winner and has final say on this matter.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited within all covered areas of the Event, including the attractions.
Management and Park Staff reserve the right to refuse admission or to evict Guests from these areas should they violate the policy.
Smoking is allowed in only the designated smoking areas (Car Park and Duck Pond) Management reserves the right to evict guests who do not adhere to the policy.
 
ORDER PROCESSING FEE
Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
All online transactions incur a £1.50 order processing fee PER TICKET.

LAST TIME ADMISSIONS
Last admission to site is at 9:00pm.
Last admission to join the queue for all attractions (NOT INCLUDING AREA 52) is at 10:45pm.
Last admission to join the queue for AREA 52 is 10:20pm.
Site closes at 11pm.
